Yes the actual repair we have carried out will be guaranteed for 6 months. Please be aware this applies only to the parts replaced to repair the original fault. You will receive a report with your repaired straighteners itemising all parts used to rectify your fault if these parts have failed within 6 months we will replace them free of charge.
Our standard repair service includes repair to all internal components including the PCB, heater elements, the cable and the plug. The normal repair service does not include replacement of broken arms or scratched / pitted heater plates. Should you need replacement of these please contact us prior to purchasing the repair voucher and we will give you a price and availability for these.
