Shipping policy

Orders are processed on a daily working day basis (Mon-Fri). All orders placed before 9.30am Mon-Fri will be dispatched same day.

We aim for all repairs received to be processed and completed within 24 hours.

Shipping is free on all UK orders using Royal Mail 2nd class signed. Royal Mail 1st class signed and Next Working Day by 1pm is also available at extra cost.                                     

Please read the refund policy, as non faulty returns will be refunded less the amount of the original shipping cost to us.
