If your straighteners have only 1 resistor (R8) rather than the 2 (R8 / R11) found on the later models then this is the correct resistor. If you are unsure please contact us.

Please note that some of the PCB's Have a flat R8 resistor, if this is the case it is perfectly acceptable to solder this over the top. Again if unsure please contact us.
