Please Note: the platinum plus model (s8t262) cannot be repaired.
This repair service will be carried out by our trusted colleagues over at ionco® who are at present the only company in the UK capable of repairing the Ghd Platinum straighteners.
The process is very easy, simply purchase the above repair service deposit of £10.00, Fill out the printable platinum repair order form (if you do not have a printer then a written note with the required details is fine) enclose this with your straighteners and post to the address stated in the link below (Do Not Post To Ghd Repair Services). Once received and inspected you will then be sent a request and payment link for the remaining £49.99 which includes return postage.

Was a little unsure about getting my GHD repaired but I was not disappointed. They were received on the Monday and I had them back by the Thursday and all working good. I agree with another comment that the noise when you turn them on is not the same the beep is very quiet but that is not an issue. First class service would definitely use this company again.

I was very surprised to receive GHD a few days after I had mailed it. I was a bit disappointed that I didn't receive my original GHD due to the UK plug configuration however received an adaptor and used for 1st in South Africa today. So far so good.
